Beauty Supply Haul
Spending problem? Maybe. Shopping Problem? Definitely. My recent discounted items from a local beauty supply store, for amateurs to pros. And no license needed to get in! As usual, I ended up in the nail aisle. One thing I’ll tell you about beauty supply stores: They usually have those last-season, hard-to-get-except-on-eBay nail shades you nearly forgot about! Women Be Shoppin!
As I mentioned in my Ulta Haul post, I had to make a second trip to the beauty wonderland to exchange a product. While there, of course I had to look around (yes, despite being there 12 hours earlier). It’s just relaxing for me, and a nice distraction from stress to kinda “window shop”. I was doing pretty well at my window shopping, and keeping it at that, until I came across a giant clearance section. (more…)

A few weeks after I purchased Sephora by O.P.I.’s Sparktacular, I saw a review of a girl using Wet ‘n Wild’s Party of Five Glitters. “HMPH!” I thought, looks the same as my polish but about 1/4 the price! I brushed it off, and convinced myself the Sephora, multi-glitter confetti-ish nail polish must be better. Well today, I decided to test my theory and got an idea for a new, weekly post: Sheer Standoffs! Sheer Standoffs will be posts featuring similar products: a cheap dupe and branded/designer item. When getting a watch sized last night, I had some time to kill.
